Belmont Village Senior Living
Belmont Village Senior Living, Scottsdale, is impressive not only for its luxurious environment but also for its dedication to high-quality care. The community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options, all tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Legacy Village of Salt River
When I visited, Legacy Village of Salt River was relatively new compared to other senior living communities in the area. The community offers a variety of living options, including studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with 114 designated for Senior Living (similar to Independent Living), 72 for Assisted Living, and 30 for Memory Care.
The Springs of Scottsdale
The Springs of Scottsdale is one of four Stellar Living Communities in Arizona, offering 145 Independent Living and 56 Assisted Living One- and Two-Bedroom Apartments.
Mosaic Gardens Memory Care
Mosaic Gardens Memory Care at Scottsdale is a dedicated facility that specializes in providing compassionate care to individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
McDowell Village Senior Living Community
McDowell Village features 207 apartments with four different floor plans and offers both Independent and Assisted Living options. Independent Living includes a variety of services such as two chef-prepared meals daily, utilities, scheduled transportation, a fitness program, concierge services, and more.
Andara Senior Living
Andara Senior Living consists of two buildings connected by a sky bridge. The building on the south side of the community houses independent living, while the building on the north side is dedicated to assisted living. Amenities like the movie theater, heated outdoor pool, salon and spa, Casablanca Dining Room, piano lounge, bistro, computer room, and library are all located in the assisted living building but can be used by both assisted living and independent living residents.
Tuscany at McCormick Ranch
Tuscany at McCormick Ranch is an Independent Living Community with the unique feature of offering not only Apartment Homes but also One- and Two-Bedroom Villas. The monthly rate is based on the floor plan you choose, with options ranging from a 698 sq. ft. 1-Bedroom Apartment Home to a 1,458 sq. ft. 2-Bedroom Villa.
Amber Creek Inn Memory Care Community
Amber Creek Inn stands out not only for its focus on Memory Care but also for its rich history and operational philosophy. Koelsch Communities, a family-owned business founded in 1958, designed and built Amber Creek with the sole purpose of providing exceptional care for individuals diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory loss.
Atria Park of Sierra Pointe
Atria Park of Sierra Pointe is a three-story building surrounding three outdoor areas that feature a pool, courtyard, water features, and a walking path. The third floor houses Camelback Bistro, where a variety of activities take place, including happy hours, live music, and dancing.
The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale
At The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale the Graceful Dining Program is renowned for its restaurant-style dining, fresh ingredients, and homestyle meals and the Vibrant Living Program is based on four pillars: Purpose, Curiosity, Creativity, and Fun.

Sunrise Senior Living is a company that provides senior living services and operates a network of senior living communities across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Founded in 1981, the company offers a range of services including assisted living, memory care, independent living, skilled nursing, and short-term stays.
