Last week, I had the pleasure of visiting The Ranch Estates at Scottsdale and chatting with Sales Director Jodi Sather. The community is conveniently located just down the street from HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center on 92nd Street and Desert Cove.
The monthly rate varies depending on the size of the apartment and the level of care needed. The Ranch Estates offers Studio, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom Apartments for both Independent and Assisted Living. With its smaller size (101 apartments) and on-site staff, The Ranch Estates provides exceptional service to all of its residents.
Two standout programs at The Ranch Estates are the Graceful Dining Program and the Vibrant Living Program.
The Graceful Dining Program is renowned for its restaurant-style dining, fresh ingredients, and homestyle meals.
The Vibrant Living Program is based on four pillars: Purpose, Curiosity, Creativity, and Fun.
The monthly activities calendar is filled with events that align with these four pillars. Morning activities usually begin around 9:00 AM with exercises like Yoga, Better Balance, and Tai Chi, or outings to the pharmacy or Fry’s. Throughout the day, residents can enjoy Bingo, Scrabble, Cornhole, shopping trips, and other activities designed to keep them entertained and engaged. The day typically concludes with the Your Choice Game at 6:30 PM.
