Arizona is home to tens of thousands of non-primary residences—properties that are not occupied full-time by their owners and are not used as rentals. These homes often belong to out-of-state owners or serve as vacation properties. We frequently assist owners who live outside of Arizona, but we also extend the same comprehensive resources to Arizona residents, including seniors transitioning to a new living situation.
